XCMG XCA275_U

The XCMG XCA275_U all-terrain crane delivers heavy-class lifting performance while maintaining the maneuverability and roadability required for demanding North American jobsites. Designed as a five-axle, 275 USt crane, the XCA275_U balances strong chart performance with practical transport configuration and simplified service architecture for infrastructure, energy, and industrial applications.

Offering a 275-ton maximum lifting capacity, the XCA275_U features a 7-section, 239.5′ full-power main boom with a base length of 44′. When additional reach is required, the crane can be equipped with a 39.4’–144.3′ heavy-duty fixed jib or a 32.8’–147.6′ light-duty fixed jib, with 0°, 20°, and 40° offset angles. With a maximum tip height of 365′, the XCA275_U is engineered to handle complex lifts at extended radius with confidence.

A mature double-variable hydraulic system provides smooth starting and stopping, controlled telescoping, and precise load handling, with automatic luffing compensation and hook height compensation supporting efficient operation. The integrated Load Moment Indicator (LMI) system delivers audible and visual warnings while protecting against overload conditions.

Powered by a Mercedes-Benz OM471LA engine rated at 523 hp and 1,917 lb-ft of torque, paired with a 12-speed ZF automatic transmission, the XCA275_U features 10×8 drive and all-axle steering for maneuverability in both highway and off-road conditions. Built to comply with North American standards and emissions requirements, the XCA275_U combines lifting capability, transport efficiency, and long-term reliability in a single heavy-duty platform.
