XCMG XCR100_U
The XCMG XCR100 rough-terrain crane is a high-capacity lifting solution engineered for demanding jobsites where power, stability, and off-road mobility are essential. Built on a rugged rough-terrain carrier, the XCR100 delivers strong lifting performance while maintaining the maneuverability required for confined construction sites and challenging ground conditions.
Offering a 100-ton lifting capacity, the XCR100 is equipped with a five-section full-power telescoping main boom extending from 40.7 feet to 157.5 feet, providing substantial reach and smooth, controlled extension for heavy lifts at extended radii. A two-section lattice jib, ranging from 34.4 feet to 57.4 feet, further expands the crane’s working envelope, with 0°, 15°, and 30° offset angles available to adapt to a wide range of jobsite constraints and lifting configurations. Auxiliary winch capability supports efficient multi-line and specialty lifting operations, improving productivity on complex picks.
The XCR100 features multiple steering modes, including front-wheel, four-wheel coordinated, and crab steering, enhancing maneuverability in tight work zones and improving setup accuracy on uneven terrain. Four-wheel drive, high ground clearance, and a heavy-duty rough-terrain chassis allow confident travel and positioning across unimproved surfaces.
A spacious, ergonomically designed operator cab enhances visibility, comfort, and control, while integrated safety and monitoring systems, wind-speed monitoring, and camera systems, support safe, precise crane operation. Built with durability and uptime in mind, the XCMG XCR100 is well suited for heavy construction, infrastructure projects, industrial maintenance, and energy-sector lifting applications where reliable performance and mobility are critical.
